The Canton of Stegby!

Covering the areas of Warwick, Stanthorpe and Toowoomba in South East Queensland.

Stegby has grown from  the house of Stegby to a Canton in a very short time as they are a very active group that hold weekly gatherings.

I had the pleasure of attending thier FESTA  DI  AMICIZIA Stegby's first anniversary event, the Feast of Friendship!

In attendance where the Baron and Baroness of Riverhaven , Merchants and all members of the stegby group. Stegby had their first fighter authorised for Rapier sword fighting.

The 2 day event comprised of heavy weapons fighting and rapier sword fighting on day one and for the following day was a collegia (school)  where you could learn the art of weapons making , chain mail, arrows , garb making (period clothes) and jewellery making ,

and of course the Feast which was made of rabbit , pork vegatebles and tarts all done in a medieval style all food was made from medieval recipes
